IWP contacts the injured worker to complete enrollment.
Enrolling with IWP is mandatory before prescriptions can be delivered to their home.
Once we have the prescription, the medication is sent via UPS/FedEx for next-day delivery.
If you have an existing intake or demographic sheet that has already been filled out, go ahead and send it our way. Otherwise, please feel free to use our demographic sheet in both a PDF or Microsoft Excel format.
*Pharmacy regulations require that we have an original hard copy prescription for all Schedule II controlled substances or that the prescription be electronically prescribed and transmitted to IWP.

By law, we cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale. However, if you feel we have made an error in filling the prescription, please call Customer Service toll-free, at 1-888-321-7945 with details of the error.
We will request special authorization for a return of the prescription.
