This week's legislative wrap-up contains updates including:

  • In Virginia, Governor Northam called for a 45-day special session to allow legislators to complete their 2021 work and address several workers' compensation bills.
  • The New Jersey State Senate is considering a bill that would expand the use of medical marijuana within the state.
  • Earlier in February, the Illinois Senate introduced a bill that would attempt to place limitations on the filling of prescriptions by resident and non-resident pharmacies.
