Revised formulary in Ohio

What's happening this week in workers' compensation? IWP's weekly legislative wrap-up, State of the States, keeps you up to date on important matters within the workers' compensation and pharmacy arena.

This week's legislative wrap-up contains updates including:

  • In Texas, the Workers Defense Project cited discrepancies in the numbers published by the DWC regarding workers who don't have benefits available if they are injured on the job.
  • New Jersey Governor Murphy vetoed SB 2354 because it didn't align with an Executive Order that he signed earlier in the pandemic.
  • According to a BWC bulletin, beginning on April 1, 2021, a revised formulary will take effect in Ohio.
