  • The Combined Law Enforcement Association of Texas has focused their efforts on asking the state legislature to consider establishing a COVID-19 presumption for first responders.
  • The Pennsylvania Supreme Court will hear a case that challenges the rights of pharmacies to participate in utilization reviews.
  • The Virginia House Labor and Commerce Committee passed a bill that would include teachers and other school employees in the state's COVID-19 presumption legislation.
