  • The Missouri Senate is considering a bill to introduce a PDMP that, if passed, will make it the final state in the union to establish a PDMP.
  • A new bill with 60 bipartisan co-sponsors could establish a COVID-19 presumption for front line workers in North Carolina.
  • Maryland Governor Larry Hogan signed a bill into law that authorizes the use of electronic prescribing for controlled substances.
