What's happening this week in workers' compensation? IWP's weekly legislative wrap-up, State of the States, keeps you up to date on important matters within the workers' compensation and pharmacy arena.

This week's legislative wrap-up contains updates including:
  • Idaho will now allow PTSD to be covered under workers' comp with or without a physical injury for first responders.
  • Nevada has joined 41 other states in the expansion of workers' comp coverage for cancer treatment in first responders.
  • Ohio workers could potentially be required to indicate their immigration or citizenship status in order to collect workers' comp.
