This week's legislative wrap-up contains updates including:- Connecticut first responders suffering from mental or emotional impairments will now be provided workers' compensation benefits
- Governor Janet Mills signed a bill that will increase workers' compensation benefits for injured workers in the state of Maine
- Electronic prescribing for patients will become mandatory in Florida in 2021
This edition also includes updates in states like Nevada, Rhode Island, and New Jersey.
