This week's legislative wrap-up contains updates including:

  • A bill that would allow a PTSD presumption for first responders to become eligible for workers' compensation benefits is gaining traction in the South Carolina State Senate.
  • More than 30 states, including Missouri, have passed COVID liability bills designed to shield businesses from being sued by vendors, clients, or employees for contracting COVID-19.
  • Last week, the Industrial Commission of Arizona held a hearing regarding its proposed fee schedule, which involves switching from the AWP to the NADAC model.
