  • VACORP, the largest insurer for local school systems in Virginia, stated this week that school employees aren't likely to receive workers' compensation benefits if they contract COVID-19.
  • In New York, legislators continue to work on passing a bill that would expand the list of providers that can treat workers' compensation injuries.
