What's happening this week in workers' compensation? IWP's weekly legislative wrap-up, State of the States, keeps you up to date on important matters within the workers' compensation and pharmacy arena.

This week's legislative wrap-up contains updates including:

  • The Illinois Supreme Court issued an opinion that would prevent medical providers from seeking reimbursement from an injured workers settlement funds 

  • An outside consulting company looked at Oklahoma's Medical Fee Schedule and released a proposed update. 

  • The Ohio House is considering a bill that would remove the requirement that requires a PTSD claim to be accompanied by a physical injury for first responders filing mental heath claims.
