  • The New Hampshire House has proposed a bill that would remove the length-of-time presumption for heart and lung diseases for firefighters within the state.
  • Last week, the New York Workers' Compensation Board announced a new effective date for the final stage of the drug formulary.
  • In Connecticut, the Joint Committee on Labor and Public Employees took up a bill that would make several changes to the state's workers' compensation system.
