Your personal information is safe and secure.

IWP is committed to protecting and safeguarding your privacy on the Internet. IWP respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information that you share with us. When we do need your personal information to provide services that you request or when you choose to provide us with your personal information, this policy describes how we collect and use your personal information. This privacy statement only applies to; it does not apply to other online or offline IWP sites, products or services.

Information collected and how we use it.

You always remain in control of the information you provide to IWP. We collect two types of information about visitors: Personal information, such as name, address, phone numbers, email address, and your workers’ compensation data, which you have voluntarily submitted to us, and aggregate information, such as information about how many visitors log on to our sites, the pages they access, etc..

In general, you can visit our website without telling us who you are or revealing personal information about yourself, although you may then not be able to participate in certain services or receive product information. We collect, maintain and use personal information you have voluntarily submitted to contact you, including via email, to respond to your comments or requests for information, or to contact you if needed in the course of processing your requests for services offered over our website. In addition, we may use personal information to provide you the most helpful and targeted products and services to meet your needs and respond to your inquiries. To better meet your needs, we may supplement the information we collect with data obtained from third parties for the same purposes.

IWP collects personal information when you register with IWP through our Patient Enrollment Form, Referral Form, Contact Us Form, or when you submit your personal information to IWP for any other reason. From time to time, IWP receives personal information from business partners and vendors. IWP only uses such information if it has been collected in accordance with acceptable privacy practices consistent with this policy and applicable laws.

In order to provide you with the best user experience possible, IWP collects Cookie and Usage Data. This allows us to monitor and analyze web traffic and can be used to track user behavior. We collect this data through the services listed below:

  • Google Analytics, including User-ID, provides insight into web activity, visitor demographics, device and browser information. Privacy Policy – Opt-Out
  • Google AdWords, including Remarketing, provides insight into visitor demographics and interests. Opt-Out
  • HubSpot provides insight into web activity. Privacy Policy
  • Hotjar provides insight into web activity and user behavior. Privacy Policy

IWP does not upload any data through Google Analytics or AdWords that allows Google to personally identify you as an individual (such as certain names, Social Security Numbers, email addresses, or any similar data), or data that permanently identifies a particular device (such as a unique device identifier if such an identifier cannot be reset), even in hashed form.

Security of your personal information.

IWP is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer systems with limited access, which are located in controlled facilities. When we transmit highly confidential information (such as a claim number) over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

Information sharing.

IWP will not trade, sell or share your personal information for use by any non IWP business, without your consent, unless required by law or as disclosed to you when the information is collected.
Your personal information will generally be stored in the IWP databases, which are located in the United States, and is protected by this privacy policy.

We will always give you the opportunity to “opt-out” of receiving direct marketing or market research information. This means we assume you have given us your consent to collect and use your information in accordance with this policy unless you take affirmative action to indicate that you do not consent, for instance by clicking or checking the appropriate option or box at the point of collection. In some cases, when applicable, we will provide you with the opportunity to “opt-in.” This means we will require your affirmative action to indicate your consent before we use your information for purposes other than the purpose for which it was submitted.

Changes to this statement.

IWP will occasionally update this privacy statement. When we do, we will also revise the “last updated” date at the top of the privacy statement.
