What We Do
IWP is a national pharmacy service working as an advocate for injured individuals. We take the financial burden out of the prescription process by shipping medications directly to patients and collecting payment from insurance companies. There are minimal out-of-pocket expenses for the patient, physician, or attorney on approved claims.* We reduce time and energy spent on prescriptions and paperwork while ensuring injured individuals get the continuous quality care they deserve.
Our 126,000 square foot facility is strategically located minutes between Boston Logan International Airport and Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. We have over 220 employees and are able to provide medication in all states. Our DocuTrack certification allows us to provide error-free services to over 30 states. Unlike traditional mail-order pharmacies which offer a 7-14 day turnaround, we offer next day delivery to patients on a national basis. Download our Corporate Fact Sheet for more information.
*Deductible or co-payment may apply depending on your policy.
Get help in your language. IWP’s customer service team is dedicated to serving all injured individuals, their families, and the professionals who help. We are always available to answer your questions. We have translators available in Spanish, Polish, Italian, and 140 other languages and dialects.
Continuity of Care
IWP’s Continuity of Care Program ensures that workers' compensation patients continue to receive their medications throughout the course of litigation. As long as the injured individual has representation, IWP will continue to ship the FDA brand generic medication to the workers' compensation patient without requiring any out-of-pocket expenses.
