The session will cover new reporting requirements introduced in April and offer best practices for compliance. The International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions (IAIABC) will offer a new training program focused on electronic data interchange (EDI) for workers’ compensation claims. The training will cover topics such as submitting injury reports, understanding jurisdiction-specific workflows, and navigating state-specific requirements. The National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) released its 2025 Legislative and Regulatory Trends Report.
