This week's legislative wrap-up contains updates including:

• The new Arizona workers' compensation fee schedule will go into effect on Monday, September 30th.
• Last week, the House Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Committee in Pennsylvania discussed HB432, a bill that would provide workers' compensation coverage for first responders suffering from mental stress. 
• The Mississippi Workers' Compensation board has proposed rule changes that could increase attorney fees in the state of Mississippi.
