• A new California law will require all pharmacists to report all Schedule V prescriptions dispensed in California to the state's PDMP. 
•  Last Monday, the Delaware Insurance Commissioner announced a workers' comp rate decrease for the third year in a row. 
• As the implementation date for the new New York Drug Formulary inches closer, the New York Workers' Compensation board is beginning to hold informational webinars.
