What's happening this week in workers' compensation? IWP's weekly legislative wrap-up, **State of the States**, keeps you up to date on important matters within the workers' compensation and pharmacy arena.

**This week's legislative wrap-up contains updates including:**

- The Tennessee Workers' Compensation Advisory Council is looking deeper into the state's newly released fee schedule. 
-  Firefighters in Arizona are still facing denials from insurance carriers when trying to obtain workers' compensation coverage. 
- Last week, the U.S Health and Human Services issued new guidelines for when and how to reduce a patient's opioid dosage. 

This edition also includes an update in the states of Massachusetts and Kentucky.
