What's happening this week in workers' compensation? IWP's weekly legislative wrap-up, **State of the States**, keeps you up to date on important matters within the workers' compensation and pharmacy arena.

**This week's legislative wrap-up contains updates including:**

- The Illinois Supreme Court issued an opinion that would prevent medical providers from seeking reimbursement from an injured workers settlement funds 
- An outside consulting company looked at Oklahoma's Medical Fee Schedule and released a proposed update. 
- The Ohio House is considering a bill that would remove the requirement that requires a PTSD claim to be accompanied by a physical injury for first responders filing mental heath claims. 

This edition also includes an update from Virginia and Missouri.
