What's happening this week in workers' compensation? IWP's weekly legislative wrap-up, State of the States, keeps you up to date on important matters within the workers' compensation and pharmacy arena.

This week's legislative wrap-up contains updates including:

  • In Pennsylvania, the Commonwealth court ruled that a pharmacy could be paid 110% of the average wholesale price for compound cream.
  • A new bill introduced in Indiana would allow injured workers to choose their own physician for their workers' compensation injury.
  • The New York State Workers' Compensation Board revealed that the new date for the second half of the formulary implementation will occur in the second quarter of 2021.
