This week's legislative wrap-up contains updates including:

• A decision by the Delaware Superior Court denied coverage for medical marijuana as a treatment option for chronic pain.
• The Texas Division of Workers' Compensation announced that coverage for certain telemedicine services will be extended through October 8, 2020.
• In Florida, the Division of Workers' Compensation released an updated report revealing a significant uptick in COVID-19-related workers' compensation claims filed throughout the state in June.
