Since 2001, IWP has been focused on a simple but deeply important purpose: making the workers’ compensation prescription process easier for injured workers and the people who support them.
As Chief Operating Officer, I have the privilege of seeing that mission come to life every day across our teams. Whether supporting patients directly, coordinating with payers and claims professionals, advancing our technology, or ensuring operational excellence behind the scenes, our teams are united by the shared commitment to helping injured workers access the medications they need with less friction, more care, and greater confidence.
Built to Meet the Needs of Injured Workers
When an injury disrupts someone’s life, every delay can feel like another barrier to healing. IWP was created to remove those barriers and has since evolved best-in-class capabilities that deliver workers’ compensation medications directly to injured workers’ homes at no cost to them. Behind those capabilities are knowledgeable and committed team members who help patients navigate complexities that often come with claims, approvals, disputes, and ongoing treatment needs. That support can take many forms: a timely refill, a knowledgeable conversation, a resolved billing issue, or a medication delivered when and where it is needed. These moments may seem routine inside our daily work, but for injured workers and their families, they can make an extraordinary difference.
IWP has grown because the need persists—injured workers deserve reliable access to clinically appropriate medications and safe, compliant care; prescribers need partners who understand treatment continuity; and attorneys and advocates need transparency. Our role is to bring those needs together in a way that keeps patient recovery at the center.

Today, IWP is proud to be recognized as the nation’s largest full-service workers’ compensation pharmacy. We have helped more than 500,000 injured workers and continue to fill thousands of prescriptions each month. Those numbers represent scale, but more importantly, they represent individuals managing pain, recovering function, returning to routines, and navigating the challenges of recovery. Our growth has been made possible by the dedication of employees across the organization. Our collaboration is the heart of IWP.
