Enrollment/Inside Sales Coordinator - (Andover, MA)

Full-Time: 12:30pm-9:00 pm shift with rotating Saturdays

POSITION OVERVIEW

This is not your average Call Center position.

·        You will be responsible for building a rapport with clients and selling them on the benefits of using IWP. You will work in a very fast-paced environment, acting as IWP’s first point of contact by enrolling the injured individuals via telephone.

 

·        Your primary focus will be inbound and outbound phone calls with prospective clients (up to 75% of the time) in which you will educate them on how IWP can assist them and gather detailed information from them in and accurate manner.

 

·        You will oversee a highly involved and dynamic process and follow up with various individuals (potentials clients, law offices, and doctors’ referrals) on a daily basis to ensure all prescriptions are received in a timely fashion.

REQUIREMENTS

·        Working knowledge of MS Office applications and internet navigation

·        Ability to adapt effectively to frequent changes

·        Strong communication skills-oral, written, and interpersonal.

·        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

·        Minimum of 2 years Call Center/Telesales/ Inside Sales experience

·        Previous experience in medical or insurance industry preferred

·        Bilingual - Spanish a must
