●  Focus on patient recovery, not reimbursement

Getting your patient the medications you've prescribed is simple

Here's how it works:

1. You can enroll your patients or they can enroll by clicking here or by calling toll-free 888-321-7945.
2. Enclose your prescription(s) in the postage-paid reply envelope IWP provides or fax them to our pharmacy at (800) 497-4276. If your medication is needed immediately, we also provide overnight envelopes.
3. We call your patients to verify and complete enrollment, including next steps.
4. We call the insurance carrier to verify the claim and provide any additional documentation necessary. If there's a problem verifying a claim, we work with you, your patient and their attorney to solve it.
5. We call your patient to schedule the 1st prescription delivery via free overnight delivery with UPS.
6. We bill the insurance carrier directly. No claim forms for you. No payments for your patient for approved Workers' Compensation claims. And no out-of-pocket expenses on approved auto injury claims unless policy limits are met.
7. To speak with our registered pharmacists or customer service representatives, you or your patients can call 888-321-7945.
